What are we doing?
We want to maintain the historic church building and improve the facilities for everybody. We are developing our meeting areas by joining the hall with the rear of the church, and building a safer, more secure rear entrance with a pleasant lobby area. New toilets will be more easily accessible for everyone.
How will we do it?
By raising £100,000 from the local community and other sources of funding. St. Alban’s does not receive any money from the Government or national Church.
When are we doing this?
The work will take place in Spring/Summer 2019 when we can minimise any disruption.
Who can be involved?
Everyone can contribute to a fund especially set up for this project. Donors can use BACS payments, cheques, or our JUST GIVING PAGE If you would like to give to a particular part of this project, to consider a substantial donation, or wish to leave money in a will, please contact our Funding Coordinator. All your gifts are appreciated.
